Kathryn is the owner and managing partner of Animal Health Experts, a boutique management consulting firm that partners with organizations across the animal health value chain to deliver expertise in strategy, implementation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Beyond her professional role, Kathryn is a passionate advocate and leader in the animal health community. In addition to serving as an External Advisor for Porter Labs, Kathryn is a Board Member for Humane Animal Rescue, a leading animal welfare organization located in Pittsburgh, PA. Kathryn also champions the development of transformative animal health technologies through her work as an Angel Investor.
An avid traveler, Kathryn has visited 50 countries and all seven continents, connecting with pet owners, farmers, veterinarians, and health professionals around the globe. At home in Pittsburgh, PA, she enjoys life with her rescue dogs, Virginia and Buttercup, Persian cats, and backyard chickens. Inspired by her upbringing on a farm, Kathryn integrates sustainable, zero-waste practices into her urban farming and gardening endeavors.
